The Moulin du Breuil is a charming and authentic water mill located in the heart of the Loire Valley, on the Indre River, 15km from the center of Tours and very near the famous Châteaux de la Loire.This mill takes place in the private domain of Château du Breuil (100ha), at the extremity of a park designed in the nineteenth century where you can browse with pleasure and admiring the trees. The scenery alternates between woods, lands, meadows and the River Indre of course, all this 1km only from the town of Monts.

Interior
Recently comfortably renovated, The Moulin du Breuil takes place in a remarkable calm area whitch will seduce you with its idyllic protected and enchanting scenery.
Spread over 140m ², you will find first of all on the ground floor an entrance for boots, coats or fishing rods, before entering a large living room in which there are a sitting room, dining room and kitchen fully equipped and the staircase authentic, a bit steep! Toilets and washing machines are located in the small room at the back of the entry.
Upstairs you will find a beautiful large bedroom with five windows and his double bed 140x200, a second bedroom with two single beds and a shower room with wc.
Available: Dishwasher, Washing machine, Iron, Cot, Fireplace.
Activities
Directly from the mill, you can fish or make a boat trip on the water, or have a lovely walk in the woods or go to have a swim in the pool *, or even go to the tennis court and mini golf 1.5 km away, take advantage of the Spa and solarium 2km of the town Monts, visit the castles of Azay le Rideau and Villandry 15km away, take the kids to the amusement park or visit a troglodytik area 5km each: everything is at hand!

Touraine, called the Garden of France, has always been highly appreciated by his good life and fine cuisine that can be enjoyed in many close restaurants. Rabelais and his Gargantua made this region famous: the tart Tatin sisters, macaroons from Cormery, an unparalleled variety of delicatessen make it this French region famous. The wines of Touraine are also wellknown: Chinon, Bourgueil, Saumur Champigny ... for red wines and Vouvray, Montlouis, Saumur ... for white wines. Let's taste !
