The location is ideal for walking, cycling or simply relaxing by the pool to enjoy the sun and the magnificent view. Le Pigeonnier is part of a scenic and well-maintained estate of 15 hectares.
The park offers shade-covered walking trails and a breathtaking view overlooking the valley of the river Dropt. Domaine de Beaucour is located in the southwest of France, 23 kilometres south of Bergerac, just outside the small village of Falgueyrat.

This beautifully restored (2002) country cottages with a large heated pool & an excellent view is located 20km south of Bergerac in the Dordogne, France.
The country cottage ”La Grange” is available for 8 persons, all year.

”La Grange”
Ground Floor:
• Hall, Kitchen - (5 x 6m) fully equipped with halogen ceramic cooker, electric oven with grill, separate microwave oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer. There is an open fireplace in the kitchen (wood available) and direct access to the terraces.
• Living Room - (4 x 6m)or 3 bedroom, fully furnished with sofas, (including a sofa bed), chairs, bookcase and satelite TV
Bathroom - shower, washbasin, WC and bidet
First Floor:
• Bedroom 1 - (5 x 4m) 2 single beds, large wardrobe
• Bedroom 2 - (5 x 3.5m) 2 single beds and 1 double bed wardrobe, separate shower. Please note, we can supply extra beds upon request.
• Bathroom with WC, bidet, washbasin with hot and cold water, access from both bedrooms.
Outside:
• East facing terrace with garden furniture and barbecue
• Covered south facing terrace
• Large swimming pool (14 x 5m) heated by solar energy, with a stone terrace, lighting and shower. Sun loungers are provided.
A table tennis set-up, a basketball backboard, a jeu de boules court, sauna, a garage for several cars and air conditioning are available. Mountainbikes are also available for rent. Pets are welcome! There are electric radiators in all rooms enabling the whole house to be heated. All cutlery, glassware, china, bed linen, towels and tea towels are provided. Please bring your own beach towels.

Activities
There are many places of historical interest in the area, notably fortified bastide towns built during the 100 years war in the 13th and 14th century. Places to visit are Bergerac (23km), Issigeac (10km), Monpazier (17km), Beaumont (25km), Eymet (10km), Villereal (19km) with colourful and lively markets.
In the neighbourhood (max 30 minutes by car): swimming, golf, walking, mountain-biking, riding , tennis .
Restaurants, food & wine
The famous cuisine of the area can be found in the excellent local restaurants. You can find the major product of the area - white and red wine - in the many chateaux and small vineyards.
